Knysna – Plett Harold
April 2, 2009

Local aid organisation From Us With Love (FUWL) recently teamed up with two Knysna companies to bring the Internet to Percy Mdala High School.

FUWL identified the need for Internet during their involvement with the school, and a meeting between the Principal, Nicholas Njozela, and local Internet Service Provider Seanet saw the project being approved.

From Us With Love sponsored the equipment needed, while Seanet sponsored the monthly Internet connection to the school, as well as the installation.

Knysna Equipment Hire (KEH) contributed by donating the scaffolding needed for the installation.

On March 12th, Seanet’s team installed the new computer tower and connected the Internet, and Percy Mdala were online by the end of the day.

Njozela was overjoyed by the installation, saying that he was very pleased that Percy Mdala is now able to receive important information from the Department of Education, and reply immediately, which would enable the school to maintain the standard of excellence that they strive for.

FUWL have thanked Seanet and KEH for their donations, and further information regarding their other projects can be found at www.fuwl.org.
